2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers

Cream together. Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake paper holder. Put cheese mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Top with fresh strawberries, cherries or blueberries.
