MILKY WAY® CAKE 
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
8 MILKY WAY® Bars (1 1/2 oz) or 6 MILKY WAY® Bars (2 oz) or 5 1/2 MILKY WAY® bars (2.24 oz)
2 sticks of butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Make sour milk: 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp vanilla.

Melt: MILKY WAY® Bars with one stick of butter in top of a double boiler-set aside to cool.

Cream: 1 stick of butter, 2 cups of sugar, 4 eggs (add one at a time), 2 1/2 cups sifted flour, and 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (optional), alternately with 1 cup of sour milk.

Fold in the melted MILKY WAY® mixture. pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan.

Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.

Icing: Melt 3 MILKY WAY® bars (any size) with 1 stick of butter and 3 tbsp milk in top of double boiler. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar until an icing consistency is reached-spread on top of cake.
