CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/4 lb. salt pork
1 lg. head cabbage
2 c. boiling water
Tomatoes or juice
Salt & pepper
Brown sugar or lace with sauerkraut

Boil rice, simmer and cook. Put to side to cool. Remove core from cabbage with sharp knife. Scald the cabbage in boiling water and remove leaves one at a time and trim spine.

Cut salt pork fine and fry pork, onion and celery. In large bowl mix rice to hamburger and all ingredients. Place a large spoonful on cabbage leaf. Fold the 2 opposite ends and roll. Place cabbage rolls in roasting pan lined with leftover leaves. Sprinkle with tomatoes and brown sugar. Add 1/2 cup water. Bake about 2 hours at 325 degrees.
