ITALIAN SAUSAGE LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) frozen bread dough
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
3 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Let dough thaw to room temperature. Cook sausage, thoroughly. Drain, reserve 2 tablespoons fat. Saute pepper and onion in fat until tender.

On floured board, roll dough to 15 x 9 inches. Fold 1/3 of dough over middle to make 10 x 9 inches. Arrange sausage. Spread pepper mixture and spaghetti sauce over sausage. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Fold dough over filling. Seal all edges tightly.

Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
