CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease an 8 inch square pan. In small bowl combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in melted butter until well blended. Reserve 1/3 cup. Pat rest evenly in pan. Bake 12-15 minutes.

Meanwhile in small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth at medium speed. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust; sprinkle on reserved crumbs. Bake 30 minutes more or until set. Cool and cut into 2 inch squares and cut squares in half diagonally.
