CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter (oleo)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded zucchini

Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and salt. Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, orange juice and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Stir in zucchini. Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
