TWINKIE CAKE 
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. sugar
6 eggs
8 oz. Cool Whip
16 single Twinkies

Melt and cool chocolate, water, and sugar. Add egg yolks to cooled chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites. Fold in Cool Whip. Fold in chocolate mixture. Cut twinkies in half lengthwise. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with twinkies cream side up pour 1/2 chocolate mixture over place remaining twinkies cream side down. Pour remaining chocolate mixture. Let set minimum of 8 hours.
