1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs (lg.) 2 tsp. baking powder 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. vanilla Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Add sifted flour and baking powder, milk, and nutmeg along with vanilla. Pat out on floured board. Cut in desired shape. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Don't overcook. |
