RHUBARB PIZZA | |
1 c. flour 2 tbsp. shortening 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. milk 1 egg 3 c. rhubarb, diced 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. butter, melted 3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin Combine flour, shortening, baking powder, milk, and egg as for pie crust. Press into round pizza pan. For crunchy filling, place rhubarb on crust; mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over rhubarb. For creamier filling, mix rhubarb with other ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. |
