Beef roast
1/4 c. water

Cook beef in regular cooking pattern with 1/4 cup water while slow cooker heats. Keep 1/4 cup of water always. When cooker is hot, place roast on rack of cooker, continue to cook until tender. When tender, remove from cooker and wrap tightly in foil. Slice following day and salt to taste.
