GEORGIA APPLE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable, oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Stir together twice the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Add oil and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms. Stir in apples and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until brown.
