CUCUMBER-DILL SALAD | |
1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar-free lime Jello 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. cold water Ice cubes 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. dill weed Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water; add lemon juice. Combine cold water and add ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cup. Add to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened; remove unmelted ice. Blend in sour cream; add remaining ingredients. Pour into bowl and chill until firm, about 2 hours. Spoon from bowl onto salad greens. 6 servings. 50 calories per serving. |
