PECAN PIE CAKE 
4 whole eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup self rising flour
1 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Beat together eggs and sugar. Add melted butter and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour and pecans. Pour into greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
