PECAN PIE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix sugar and eggs until creamy. Add butter and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and pecans.

Bake in 9-inch x 13-inch pan at 350°F for 30 minutes.
