MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 avocado
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 bag taco flavored Dorito chips (small bag)
1 sm. bottle 1000 Island Salad dressing

Brown hamburger and then add beans (drain well) simmer together for 10 minutes. Cool while meat is cooling, in large bowl, shred lettuce. Add 1 chopped onion, 4 tomatoes, 4 oz. cheese, 1 avocado (chunked). Add crushed taco chips and then bean and meat mixture.
