FIESTA CHEF'S SALAD 
1 qt. torn salad greens
1/2 c. French dressing
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 c. sliced radishes
4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into strips
2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
1 c. corn chips

Toss greens with half the French dressing. Arrange tomato wedges, tuna and radishes over greens. Add cheese and egg and toss with remaining dressing; toss in corn chips. Serve immediately so corn chips will stay crisp. Serves 4.
