1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and liquified in blender

Mix together and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees in three 8 inch greased and floured pans.

FROSTING: Mix one 3 ounce package vanilla instant pudding with 1 can crushed pineapple. Fold into 9 ounce Cool Whip.

Store cake in refrigerator.
