1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix all ingredients and bake 20-30 minutes according to temperature on box.

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix and spread on cooled cake.
