PIG PICKIN' CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix, oil, and mandarin oranges. Mix well. Pour in a greased and floured pans (9 inch round). Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Combine pineapple, pudding mix and Cool Whip. Mix well. Frost sides and tops of cake. Keep refrigerated.

Makes 15 servings.
