BARBECUE ROAST 
3 lb. chuck roast
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 lg. onion (chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake 3 hours. Pull meat apart and put in serving dish.
