CHICKEN ADOBO 
1 pkg. chicken pieces
1 capful vinegar (use the bottle cap)
Enough water to cover bottom of cooking pan
Soy sauce to taste

Put the water in pot, add chicken, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Turn down to a low boil. Put lid on. Check occasionally. Cook 1 hour. When done, chicken will be falling off the bone. To serve, this recipe is delicious with rice.
