CHICKEN ADOBO 
1 skinned, cut up chicken
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove minced garlic

Place chicken in skillet. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and garlic and pour over chicken. Cook over medium hot stove, turning frequently until all liquid has been absorbed or very thick.
