PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. canned evaporated milk, undiluted
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Put sugar, butter, and canned milk in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil and boil 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly; pour into a buttered dish or pan, 8 x 8 or 9 x 9. Cool thoroughly and cut into squares. Makes about 3 dozen.
