SOUR CREAM ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt to taste
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk

Brown beef; drain. Add salt, garlic salt, pepper, and cumin. Add sour cream, soup, and milk. Place a layer of tortillas (frozen kind) then a layer of meat mixture. Alternate layers until mixture is gone. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
