STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter in 9x13 pan; mix other ingredients except for pecans; stir into melted butter. Spread evenly and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring every five minutes. Add pecans and continue baking for 10 minutes, stirring every five minutes. Remove 1/3 cup crumbs for topping.

FILLING:

2 beaten egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream

Whip cream. In separate bowl combine all but cream; beat on high for 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs and put remaining crumbs on top. Freeze overnight.
