COCONUT MACAROONS 
2 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Dash salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. In medium bowl mix egg whites, sugar, vanilla and salt. Add flour and blend well. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet and then remove.
