COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. bag coconut

Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoons on well greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Makes 60 cookies. (Substitute 4 ounce baking chocolate for almond extract for chocolate macaroons.)

I made these and if you like really super sweet this is for you. Personally I thought they were too sweet. I had more problems removing them right away then if I let them sit a few minutes. I did use a slip mat rather than greasing the cookie sheet, perhaps that makes a difference. They are ok and simple.
