CRANBERRY-ORANGE NUT BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 c. cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Stir in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add peel, juice and egg. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 55-65 minutes. Loosen sides, remove. Cool before slicing.
