FRIED RICE 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. cooked rice, cold
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. chopped ginger root
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. shrimp and ham (any leftovers)
6 slices bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash pepper
2 eggs, beaten

Stir fry rice, garlic and ginger root until rice is slightly crisp - about 10 minutes. Add green onions, shrimp, ham and bacon, stir fry 1 minute. Add sherry, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir. Push rice mixture to the side. Pour eggs in middle and cook. Stir together and serve.
