FROZEN STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Put in 9"x13" baking pan and brown in 400 degree oven, about 15 to 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Cool. Remove half of mixture and set aside. In mixer bowl, beat together the thawed strawberries, egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla for 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream and pour over crumb mixture. Then cover with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Cut in squares to serve.
