CRAB MELTS 
6 English muffins
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English sharp cheese, cheddar
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut muffins in half and place on cookie sheet. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Spread on each half slice of muffin. Slice into quarters. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

You can also freeze them on cookie sheet (before baking) then place in baggies until ready to use.
