CRAB MELTS 
6 English muffins (48 diagonal)
1 lb. crab meat, shells removed
1 stick butter, room temperature
7 oz. Old English cheddar cheese (Kraft)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine ingredients except muffins. Cut muffins in half. Put a good tablespoon of mix on top of each one. Set covered in freezer for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and cut each muffin in 4 diagonals. Put in freezer bag according to need. Broil on highest rack of broiler for 7-12 minutes.
