FUDGE BARS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey's Syrup
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix in order given and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Bring to boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and beat until melted. Spread on bars immediately.
