1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
2/3 c. coconut
Lg. marshmallow
Corn flakes

Mix first 4 ingredients together and roll mixture around a marshmallow. Roll marshmallow in corn flake crumbs and bake for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
