BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. bran flakes cereal
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. honey
1 lg. egg
1/2 c. dark raisins

Mix dry ingredients. Beat liquids until blended. Stir into flour mixture. Fold in raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degree oven. Makes 12 muffins.
