CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
12 green chiles
1 lb. longhorn cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs
1 c. milk
Flour

Grate cheese, peel chili, drain on paper towel. Place chiles on bottom of greased and floured pan. (May be split and layered flat.) Sprinkle cheese over chiles, sprinkle flour over cheese. Repeat until out of cheese (3 layers). Beat eggs and milk; pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
