CHEESECAKE - VERY EASY 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

3 (8 oz. size) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make crust: In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Mix well. Spread evenly on bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan, pressing lightly with fingertips. Refrigerate while filling is being prepared.

Beat cream cheese until light; add eggs, vanilla and 1 cup sugar. Beat until well blended and light. Pour in crust and bake in 375 degree oven for about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Serve with strawberries or 1 can cherry pie filling.
