CHEESE BURGER PIE 
1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook ground beef until red disappears; drain. Saute onion. Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce and place on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Note: I add teaspoon of celery seed to the pastry or pie shell before putting in the filling. Just sprinkle into pie shell and press in with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
