CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. med. mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions with tops
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut ends from mushroom stems. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems finely. Cook and stir mushroom stems, green onions and garlic in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Fill mushroom caps with stuffing mixture. Place mushrooms filled sides up in a circle on a microwave plate. Microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes. Rotate plate 1/2 turn after 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
