CHEESE - STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
28 mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 green onions, minced
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems fine; peel caps if desired. Place inverted caps on baking sheet. Melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce in saucepan. Place one drop of mixture in each cap. Combine remaining ingredients and minced stems with butter mixture and heat until cheese melts. Fill caps with cheese mixture and place under broiler about 5 minutes. Serves 14 (2 each).
