CORN BREAD 
1 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 env. Butter Buds mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 egg replacers
1 c. nonfat milk

Mix flour and baking powder. Add salt and cornmeal. Add egg replacers, milk, Butter Buds. Beat until smooth. Place in shallow pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
