CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE | |
1 prepared 9-inch pie crust 4 lg. eggs 1/4 c. softened butter 1/2 c. sugar with 2 tbsp. cocoa 3/4 c. dark syrup 1 1/2 c. whole pecans Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together eggs and butter; add sugar, cocoa mix to beaten egg mixture. Stir in 3/4 cup dark syrup for shine and add 1 cup whole pecans. Pour in pie crust; decorate top with pecans. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees and 30 minutes at 325 degrees. |
