ALMOND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 de-boned cooked chicken
1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® 5 minute wild rice

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Mush rooms
Zucchini

1/2 c. cottage cheese

Saute vegetables lightly with various spices (oregano, basil, etc). Cook rice separately as directed on box. Combine above ingredients in a casserole and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shelled almonds and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Serves 4.
