CAROLINA COLE SLAW | |
1 head cabbage, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar (white or cider mixed) 2/3 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. celery seed Combine vegetables into large bowl. In small saucepan bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Cool and pour over slaw; mix well; refrigerate. |
