FROZEN COLE SLAW 
3 med. head cabbage
1 bunch celery
3 sweet peppers (green, red or mixed)
1 tsp. salt
Ice cubes

Shred cabbage. Chop celery and peppers. Add salt. Mix with at least 2 trays ice cubes and allow to stand for 1 hour. Drain well and add cooled sauce.

SAUCE:

2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed

Mix all ingredients, cook 5 minutes. Set aside until cold. Place cabbage mixture in freezer container, adding some of sauce. Freeze. Excellent for months.
