POTATO CASSEROLE 
30 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mashed corn flakes

Combine hash browns, half of butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; place in casserole dish. Mix corn flakes with remainder of butter and put on top of potato mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
