STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box (2 layer) cake mix (white or yellow), dry
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O, dry
Red food coloring
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. strawberries (fresh, mashed or frozen, thawed)

Blend cake mix and Jell-O mix. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Then add water and eggs. Stir in vegetable oil and strawberries. Bake in 3 (9-inch) round cake pans in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely before icing.

ICING:

1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. strawberries without a lot of juice
