STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 lb. box frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk

FROSTING:

Strained & mashed strawberries
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Grease and flour (2) layer cake pans.. Melt or dissolve Jell-O in milk. Add juice from strained strawberries (juice should measure 3/4 cup). Mix medium speed. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

Frosting: Soften butter. Cream butter and sifted powdered sugar in mixer. Add strained strawberries and mix well. Be sure both cake and frosting are cold before icing.
