STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 box strawberry Jell-0 (dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water), cool slightly

Put all ingredients, except strawberries, into mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add strawberries. Prepare three 8 inch pans and pour batter into them. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and ice.

ICING:

1 sm. box powdered sugar
5 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. strawberries

Combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth and spread on cake.

This makes a large moist cake. Can be frozen for a few days. It just gets moister. Very good!!
