STRAWBERRY NUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries
1 sm. box strawberry Jell-O

Mix cake mix and Jell-O mix together. Add milk, oil and eggs, 1 at a time. Then add mashed strawberries, nuts and coconut. Mix well and pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 (10 oz.) carton frozen strawberries, thawed & mashed
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
1 box 10X powdered sugar

Mix butter, sugar and strawberries, then nuts and coconut. Put a layer of icing between each layer of the cake.
